Feeding the ducks

In your adventure together, you will:

  • Wake up your Littlemagictrain and arrive in a beautiful wood.

  • Can you see a river in distance? Who do you think likes to live on a riverbank?

  • Get out your binoculars and count all the creepy crawlies hiding in, under, and around the riverbank.

  • Find some tadpoles and then a giant mummy frog.

  • Jump from rock to rock with mummy frog to search for some yummy flies to eat.

  • Get your binoculars out as you see something under the water – what could it be?

  • It’s a school of fish. Listen carefully as you may even hear them singing to each other.

  • Duck! it’s the ducks they are about to splash down in the river.

  • Duck snack time. Duck food at the ready as we don’t want them to nibble our fingers.?

  • Time to say goodbye to all your new friends and wake up your Littlemagictrain.

There are so many opportunities for learning in the adventures and we have done all the hard work so you can have all the fun helping your little ones learn.  Littlemagictrain sessions cover all areas of the EYFS and the curriculum for Wales.
