This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“Educator”) and Little Magic Train (“we”, “us”). By clicking “I Accept”, you agree to the terms allowing use of our Resources—including digital content, movement guides, and supporting materials—for your early years setting.

    1. Licence Grant
      You have a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use Resources within your setting for the duration of your access.
    2. Restrictions
      • Do not share the Resources outside your setting without permission.
      • No modification, reverse-engineering, or resale is allowed.
    3. Ownership
      All IP remains the property of Little Magic Train.
    4. Data & Privacy
      We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. No identifiable data is used without explicit
      consent.
    5. Updates
      We may update Resources and aim for uninterrupted access, but availability is not guaranteed.
    6. Termination
      We may suspend your licence if you breach these terms. You must delete all resources upon termination.
    7. Liability
      We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of our Resources.
    8. Governing Law
      These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
